A home energy audit is the first step in assessing how much energy your home consumes. It allows us to suggest the measures you can take to make your home more energy efficient and allows you to make informed decisions on how best to address concerns in your house.

All GreenLife Consulting home energy audits are performed by BPI certified professionals.

Building Inspection (exterior/interior)
We will complete a non-invasive examination of the current condition of your home.

Health/Safety Inspection
We use the most accurate devices to identify any health and/or safety issues – including gas leaks and CO – and inspect for any items that require extensive repairs.

Diagnostic Testing
We use the latest technology to find the areas of greatest air leakage – also known as "money leakage". This process includes the use of Blower Door testing.

Numerical Evaluation
We analyze your utility bills and breakdown what is being spent – and where.

Prioritization Plan
We document the findings and create a custom report outlining legitimate recommendations.

Our prices are based on the square footage of the building and include all services outlined above.
